The room & the bed was comfortable, easy to find and using your phone for access is ideal, I would definitely stay again
Excellent location, clean and tidy
It was quite good.
Great comunication with the owner with regards parking and gaining access to the appartment. Considering it's a shared kitchen it was found tidy and clean with cutlery and plates available for use.
아쉬운 점: Nothing to be honest
It was clean and modern and the automated entry worked well. It was well located for Coop Live which I walked to.
아쉬운 점: The room I was in on the top floor had a corner window and the sun made it too hot. The general area isn't great and there aren't really any food outlets in the area.
Great vaule for money and very helpful
Easy access, good surroundings, free parking on site
Lovely room with good sized tv and good shower, and use of kitchen
아쉬운 점: Mattress was upside down for some reason, so was a bit uncomfortable, kitchen could of been cleaner but nothing major
Very close to Piccadilly or Ashburys train stations 10 mins to Etihad stadium Perfect location
Very comfortable, quiet and easy to get to Close to where I needed it to be
Clean
Close to the COOP arena. Easy to get too. 6 mins in a taxi to Piccadilly Station.
아쉬운 점: The walk back through the local estate was a little off putting. Some right characters hanging around. The room itself was ok, not the cleanest but ok for a night, but our stay was let down by a couple of things. It's worth knowing before you book that this is more like a shared house set-up - bedrooms have their own locks, but you're sharing common areas with other guests and some more permanent residents, their belongings are in the stairwells and in the kitchen, which felt a bit unusual and less secure than a typical self-contained booking. More seriously, we got back around 11pm and had already gone to bed when at 11:30pm an unknown number rang my mobile and turned out to be the owner, asking me to go down and let other guests in because the front door was broken. I had to leave my daughter alone in the room, get out of bed, get dressed, go down three flights of stairs, come back up for my phone once I realised it needed the app to unlock the door, and go back down again to sort it. This isn't something a guest should be asked to do, and it meant leaving a child unsupervised to fix a problem that was the property's responsibility, not mine. The room and location were otherwise decent, but being used as unpaid night-time security isn't something I'd want to repeat.
perfect location especially when going to co op live, within walking distance. safest i’ve felt as a solo traveller in a shared house setting. owner answers inquiries straight away, and handled a minor problem with the front door not unlocking late at night straight away.
아쉬운 점: no complaints, perfect place to spend the night after an event.
Clean, comfortable.
아쉬운 점: N/A
It was clean, good communication with owner, double bed, TV, ensuite.
아쉬운 점: The fridge had opened smelly food (boiled eggs) left in it. Every time I opened the fridge, it released the smell. The food should be covered. The bedroom needs somewhere to hang clothes.
Modern and clean
close to coop arena, clean and secure nice too
It was a very good location for my concert at coop live
아쉬운 점: It was a bit awkward using the shared facilities as I didn’t really know who the other people were. It would be nice to have the option to meet another before we go
I was working away and ideal for where I needed to be
아쉬운 점: The room was remarkably hot, with only a plug in fan to keep it cool
Easy entry with the keyless system. Easy to find and good to park. Room was okay, has everything you needed.
아쉬운 점: It was noisy. When the person next door closed the door our whole room shook. I could even hear the persons alarm going off early hours of the morning- so not sound proof. So didn’t get much sleep. Door handle into bathroom was broken, worried to close it in case it fell off! Also a minor thing but I asked to leave car in the parking place for a little longer and was refused which seemed like my request could have been accommodated as when I drove past later that day and there was space.
All is well comfortable got what I needed
아쉬운 점: It was Hot, but there was a fan available
Die Lage, g5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle
아쉬운 점: Nicht akribisch sauber
Had a great stay, can recommend:)
地点到市中心非常方便，停车舒适，周边安静，很不错。共享厨房设施齐全。
A nice comfy bed in a clean room. That's exactly what I got. Bingo....
la cama, la tina, la cercania con todo, la seguridad
아쉬운 점: solo el tapete de la tina de baño por debajo estaba sucio y algo sucia la alfombra
The room was clean and access the room was easy, did my check in online
아쉬운 점: The bed sheets had creases
Parking place. Clean.
Host was very friendly and made me some food also the second day. Place is located in a very quiet street. I would recommend it for people travelling alone not for families tho as its shared bathroom and kitchen. But other than that I had a nice stay ð
Good location, not too far from the city centre. Clear instructions from the host. There is also kitchen facilities you can use.The television they had in the room was quite big. very good entertainment
아쉬운 점: We came during a heat wave, i was boiling inside the room . Although, there was a small fan inside the room, it wasnt enough. otherwise, youll be fine some other days.
Location, cleanliness, price
아쉬운 점: Shared bathroom
How clean the property was
Its very easy to access for Uber and uber eats. Even have Kitchen , anyone want to cook own food.
아쉬운 점: There is nothing i didn’t like . Everything was perfect
I loved everything about this facility. The comfort and sense of security. It’s exactly what I expected.
The keyless system to open the doors from the app is handy.
아쉬운 점: Smelled like smoke in the house, room was very hot with only one small window and the area is quite noisy.
The security doors
아쉬운 점: Na
Very close to city centre place was clean
아쉬운 점: The share of bathroom but most of all was the bed the mattress was so bad hardly slept. And bedding wasn't ironed. Just a very ruff night.
Nothing at all! Avoid
아쉬운 점: The place had an awful smell.
The place is very quiet a clean, with a respectful and helpful staffing
아쉬운 점: Nothing
Conveniently located for a bus ride into the city centre. I was welcomed by the housekeeper who was really helpful. My room was lovely and very comfortable. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe. Check in was so easy via the app.
아쉬운 점: Nothing
I had an amazing time, probably one of my best stays I’ve had and I travel to a lot of gigs. Check in was simple. You’ve got access to a very clean kitchen and appliances. My room was spotless, also taking into consideration how hot it was I was even supplied with a good electric fan which made you more comfortable to sleep at night. I will be returning:)
아쉬운 점: N/A
It’s in a great location, the apartment was very neat and beautiful. Everything working perfectly.
Value for money. Excellent location for Etihad dtadium
It was a short ,an only one night stay but I was surprised how nice this place was.
Location Location Location. Parking easy access. Entry system is electronic therefore a smart phone is required. I had room 4 top floor ensuite. It is alittle noisey as vehicles leave the venue but once they have left its quiet. Bed comfortable.
아쉬운 점: Nothing
When arrived to the property, the guy told me no private bathroom, it is shared . He added it is how Booking . Com put it. He showed me the room. Extremely small to the extend it can hardly accommodate a single bed. Of course no wardrobe. I told the guy I’ll stay the booked night but going to speak to Booking. Com in the morning.I Suddenly, he said he will cancel the booking and I need to find another place. It was 22:00 night time.
아쉬운 점: As mentioned not properly advertised Room very small No private bathroom No where to park you car safely
Easy to check-in to
아쉬운 점: Nothing
Really convenient location, just out of the hustle of the city, close to excellent public transport including the free metro buses. Shared kitchen has all the bit and bobs, along with other amenities: iron and board etc., And a decent hair dryer in my bathroom !!
아쉬운 점: Front garden could present betterâ¦needs a bit of TLC :-)
Location close to Ethiad stadium . Free parking
아쉬운 점: Room is good for 1 person but small if you travel with 2. Than you should book a bigger one
Really great location to walk back from the Etihad. Also it was clean and felt secure.
아쉬운 점: Not keen on shared bathroom, and room was really small.
