Getting around Manchester

Trams (Metrolink) — The closest stop is **Etihad Campus**, on the yellow line to Ashton-under-Lyne. Trams run every 6–12 minutes during the day. Use it to get to Manchester Piccadilly (10 min) or Deansgate-Castlefield (15 min) for shopping and the city centre.
Buses — Multiple Stagecoach routes run along Ashton New Road (a 5-minute walk from the property), including the 216, 217, and 219 to Piccadilly Gardens.
Trains — **Manchester Piccadilly** is the main intercity station, just 10 minutes by tram. Direct trains to London (2h), Liverpool (1h), Leeds (1h), and Manchester Airport (20 min).
Manchester Airport — 25 minutes by car, or take the train from Piccadilly.
