Welcome to RoomKeyPin — a smart accommodation and reservation management platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our web app, check-in portal, and related services. By using RoomKeyPin, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Purpose of the Platform
RoomKeyPin provides automated reservation enrichment, guest check-in tools, smart lock integration, and data synchronization from trusted booking sources such as Booking.com and Airbnb. We do not process bookings or payments — all financial transactions occur on third-party platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use RoomKeyPin. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Guest & Booking Information
Reservation data displayed within RoomKeyPin originates from third-party booking providers via iCal feeds or email confirmations. We enrich this data to automate check-ins, generate smart-lock PINs, and streamline operations.
RoomKeyPin may also allow guests to upload valid identification (e.g., passport or driver’s license) during check-in for verification or legal compliance. These uploads are securely stored on Cloudinary and may be deleted upon verified guest request by emailing easybulb@gmail.com.
4. User Conduct
- Use RoomKeyPin only for lawful, authorized, and intended purposes.
- Do not interfere with, damage, or disrupt the platform or its integrations (e.g., Gmail, TTLock, Twilio, or Cloudinary APIs).
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when interacting with the system.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reuse the platform’s source code or proprietary designs.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, text, branding, and user interface designs within RoomKeyPin are the exclusive property of RoomKeyPin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the system or its content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RoomKeyPin is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. While we take great care to maintain system reliability, we are not liable for downtime, delays, or data inaccuracies caused by external APIs or third-party platforms. Users are responsible for verifying booking accuracy directly with their booking provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomKeyPin will not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill resulting from use or inability to use the platform.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our services integrate with external systems including Booking.com, Airbnb, TTLock/Sciener, Twilio, Cloudinary, and Ticketmaster. Each integration follows its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or reliability of these third parties.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect new features, legal changes, or operational updates. Continued use of RoomKeyPin after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. When major updates occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may notify active users by email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
